FROM ETHIOPIA HIGHLANDS

With an outstanding score of 87.5, Chirre Samii from the highland of Bensa, Ethiopia is popular among foreigners who love coffee because of the sweet and aromatic fragrance of black tea, chamomile, seductive from Lavender and a little mischievous of plum. With time it’s showing more clarity, lemon, lime, apple freshness.

After being carefully selected, the beans spend 36-48 hours of fermentation before bathing in the warm African sun for 12-15 days. When the sun is at its zenith with intense and strong rays of sunshine or when the night comes, the beans will take a rest.

So, Chirre Samii remains intact and saves the aroma of great purple fruit, plum, florals and good structure along the journeys.
