ONLINE ORDER
We are very happy to share our coffee and coffee subscriptions with customers via our online store. Just a few things to be aware of:
– All our coffee is roasted and dispatched from 43 Factory Coffee Roaster in Danang;
– We process and ship all online orders on that day (except on holidays), and the coffee is roasted the day before or, at the very latest, 14 days before shipment. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service at services@43factory.coffee.
SHIPPING
– Orders shipped with our Standard delivery option are delivered within 3-15 business days from shipment
– If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can address and rectify the situation.
– Please ensure that your address is accurate when ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information.
– We do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.
– Please note, all packages will require a signature to avoid theft or incorrect delivery.
– Shipping costs are calculated by gross weight of each product, inclusive of packaging, at the following rates for each zone.
