Timor
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐫 (𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐫) also known as Hdt or Tim Tim – a natural hybrid between Arabica and Robusta or Arabica and Canephora, discovered and cultivated ian coffee-growing regions on the island of Timor (Indonesia). Timor hybrids have resistance to coffee leaf rust disease and are an important variety contributing to the breeding of healthy coffee plants.
Timor is typically grown at elevations between 900 and 1.500 meters, offering a unique balance of rich body, mild acidity, and a lingering finish with subtle cocoa notes.
