The full sour taste of coffee when using the right roasting method

 

Lightly roasted and ground coffee beans will have a more complex flavor because it will retain some of the acid inside. The roasting process produces about 30 types of organic acids (organic acids). Anything roasting below medium will be considered a light roast (medium or medium light). The light roasting method can be attributed to the main cause of their sour taste.

When the coffee beans are roasted, the sugar in the coffee also caramelizes at high temperatures. Coffee beans will turn from green to tan and finally the beautiful color we see. Only the best quality coffee beans can use this roast.
