Pacamara
Pacamara is a unique Arabica coffee variety, created from a cross between Pacas (a natural mutation of Bourbon) and Maragogipe (famous for its huge beans).
The Pacamara plant grows to medium height and thrives at elevations between 1,200-1,800 meters. However, its yield and disease resistance are only moderate, requiring careful cultivation and management.
Today, Pacamara is primarily grown in El Salvador, where it was first developed and continues to hold symbolic status. It is also cultivated in the highlands of Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia, with each origin adding distinctive flavor nuances that enrich the world of coffee
