Maracaturra
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚 is a naturally occurring hybrid mutation of Maragogype and Caturra, discovered in the late 19th century. The plant has large leaves and fruits and is mainly grown in Brazil, Nicaragua, and El Salvador.
Grown at elevations between 1.400 and 1.600 meters above sea level, Maracaturra offers a complex flavor profile, featuring bright notes, rich fruitiness, and a sweet finish.
