Giải thích thuật ngữ: Garnicalà gì?

Garnica is an Arabica variety bred from Mundo Novo and Caturra, developed in Mexico during the 1960s to combine high yield, good disease resistance, and consistent cup quality.

The tree has a medium height, compact canopy, is easy to manage, and adapts well to different growing regions. Its ripe cherries can be red or yellow depending on the plant. Garnica is commonly processed using washed (removing the fruit flesh before drying) or natural (drying the whole cherry intact).

In the cup, Garnica stands out with notes of peach, orange, and mandarin, followed by a long sweet finish that makes a strong impression from the very first sip.
