Decaf
Decaf coffee is a type of coffee that has had at least 97% of its caffeine removed, making it a great choice for those who enjoy the taste of coffee but want to limit their caffeine intake. Despite the reduction in caffeine, decaf retains much of its aroma and flavor, although it may taste slightly milder compared to regular coffee.
The decaffeination process can be carried out using different methods, including water processing, organic solvents, or carbon dioxide (CO₂). Each method affects the flavor in its own way, but overall, decaf coffee still provides a satisfying coffee experience similar to traditional brews.
