Giải thích thuật ngữ: Acaialà gì?

Acaia is a coffee variety from the Mundo Novo, a hybrid between Typica and Bourbon. It was developed in Brazil in 1977 by agricultural scientists. Acaia means “fruit with large seeds” in the Tipi-Guarani. The Acaia coffee beans are larger than other varieties.

Acaia is mainly grown in Brazil, especially in Cerrado Mineiro, at elevations ranging from 800 to 1.200 meters above sea level. This coffee features a sweet aroma with hints of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. As it cools, bright citrus and floral rose notes emerge. Some farms in Brazil have grown award-winning Acaia coffee, which often excels in the Brazil’s Cup of Excellence competitions.
