Wush Wush
Wush Wush is a rare Arabica coffee variety from Ethiopia, usually known as the cradle of coffee.
The plant thrives in high-altitude regions above 1,800 meters, producing small beans but with exceptional cup quality. A cup of Wush Wush coffee offers a sweet, complex flavor profile with notes of ripe fruits, jasmine, honey, and sometimes a distinctive ‘winey’ finish.
Beyond Ethiopia, this variety is also cultivated in certain regions of Colombia and Panama, resulting in intriguing flavor variations.
