Giải thích thuật ngữ: Mollà gì?

Mole is a unit of measurement in chemistry, used to determine the number of atoms, molecules, or ions in a substance. One mole contains approximately 6.022 × 10²³ basic entities, also known as Avogadro’s number.

In the coffee industry, this unit of measurement helps calculate compounds like caffeine. For example, one mole of caffeine has a mass of 194.2 g, from which the caffeine content in each cup of coffee can be estimated and its effect on the body can be determined.
