Ibairi
𝐈𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢 originates from Tupi, the language of Brazil’s indigenous people, and precisely means “small and sweet fruit.” The Ibairi variety is a hybrid between Red Bourbon and Mokka — the coffee beans are very small and round, with a notably sweet mucilage.
This coffee is grown in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais state. At Finca Boa Vista, located at an elevation of 1.150 meters above sea level, Ibairi coffee thrives and grows vigorously.
