Black Bean
Black Bean is a defect often caused by overripe coffee cherries on the tree, either falling to the ground or undergoing excessive fermentation during the processing of the beans.
The cause of black beans can stem from harvesting overly ripe coffee cherries, excessive fermentation during processing, and finally, storing the coffee in a damp environment.
This method can cause bad odor to men or bad odor, injury, room, sour taste & phenol taste in coffee if not removed. The most effective solution is to pick ripe enough berries on the tree, and avoid to enhance the ability of men during the transformation process.
