Led by visionary Jason Liew, who refused the conventional path of commodity production, the estate thrives in the defying conditions of the Malaysian lowlands, where Liberica trees utilize their deep taproot systems to flourish in acidic clay soil and tropical heat, resulting in a profile of unexpected sweetness and syrupy body.
Anchored in the mission of “Redefining Liberica,” they have dismantled the stigma of woody, smoky flavors by proving that precise, innovative processing – such as anaerobic fermentation and custom-engineered machinery – can reveal elegant tropical notes of jackfruit and mango previously thought impossible.
Through advanced grafting techniques and a strict “Zero-Green” harvesting policy, My Liberica not only ensures superior quality but also champions this resilient species as the “Coffee of the Future” in the face of climate change.
