Triangulo Gesha
Triangulo Gesha is grown on the same farm as Casona Gesha, just 200 meters away, on the Mierisch family estate in the mountains of Comayagua, Honduras.
What makes Triangulo unique is that its growing area has around 10% more shade cover, allowing the trees to absorb diffused light more slowly and develop higher sugar concentration in the cherries.
Thanks to this additional shade, Triangulo delivers a vibrant and expressive cup with intense jasmine florals, juicy lychee sweetness, fresh bergamot notes, and a pleasant bright acidity.
