Single Shot is an Espresso extraction made from approximately 7-9 grams of ground coffee, brewed under the standard 9-bar pressure for about 25-30 seconds to yield around 30ml of concentrated coffee. The ideal water temperature for extracting a Single Shot ranges from 90-96°C, ensuring the best possible flavor.

With its rich taste, velvety texture, and a smooth golden crema on top, the Single Shot is perfect for those who appreciate the pure essence of coffee in a small yet intense serving. It also forms the foundation for popular Espresso-based beverages such as lattes and cappuccinos.
