Gesha Oasis
Gesha Oasis is a remarkable coffee grown at Cerro Azul Farm in the Rio Bonito community of Comayagua, Honduras, at an elevation of 1,650 meters, where cool weather and year-round mist create ideal growing conditions.
The land was once exhausted by excessive farming, but Fincas Mierisch restored it through regenerative organic agriculture, gradually transforming it into a thriving green oasis full of life.
In the cup, Gesha Oasis is almost free of bitterness, featuring notes of florals, blueberry, grape, mandarin, and honey, with gentle acidity and a long finish reminiscent of fine tea.
