We are very happy to share our coffee, brewers, grinders and coffee subscriptions with customers via our online store. Just a few things to be aware of:
– All our coffee is roasted and dispatched from 43 Factory Coffee Roaster in Danang, packaged in 100g jars;
– We process and ship all Discovery Subscription Orders on Tuesdays and all other online orders on that day (except on holidays); and the coffee is roasted the day before or at the very latest 14 days before shipment. – Orders shipped with our Standard delivery option are delivered within 3-15 business days from shipment
– If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can address and rectify the situation.
– Please ensure that your address is accurate when ordering as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information.
– We do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.
– Please note, all packages will require a signature to avoid theft or incorrect delivery.
– Shipping costs are calculated by gross weight of each product, inclusive of packaging, at the following rates for each zone.
